Each Ink Blending Tool Foam  piece is attached to the base of the Blending Tool with the velcro attachment already in place. For the application and blending of inks , paints and other mixed media products.  Use with the Ink Blending Tool (not included) for mess free blending, easy change from one colour to another, and convenient use.
