Jackie begun scrapbooking 20 years ago, but never dreamt that one day her passion would turn into founding Jackies Craft Store. Jackie took up scrapbooking due to her love of preserving memories through crafting. In 2000, she begun teaching scrapbooking classes out of her home as a way to pass on her passion. Still to this day, Jackie loves encouraging everyone to give anything a try, with her helpful guidance and teaching always available for assisting clients to build confidence in their crafting abilities. When the opportunity arose in 2005, Jackie seized the chance to open a store in Inglewood, as a business to run alongside her husband Steve’s picture framing business. Jackie’s Craft Stoe has exploded to be much more than she ever expected, and Jackie loves the blessing of coming into contact with her customers everyday and providing friendly and personal service.
A self-described ‘creative type’, Jackie has experimented with every craft from cross-stitching to glass art – you name it, she’s tried it! This is where Jackie has gained a lot of her knowledge from which she passes on in her fun classes and workshops. Every technique and product she showcases has been thoroughly researched and experimented with in her free time to insure a high level of skill is showcased for her clientele. Jackie’s personal scrapbooking work has been published in magazines and scrapbook inspiration booklets, along with winning international competitions.
